Terms and Conditions: Effective from: 7 April 2008

I take orders or requests for quotes and work by email or phone. I shall deliver the task

within 24 hours, when it will be emailed or delivered to the respective client, together

with an invoice for the work carried out. My policy for payment is that the account be

settled in full immediately on receipt of transcripts and invoice. If, for any reason, you

are dissatisfied with the finished article, I will amend the assignment at no extra charge.
